Services offered by Nelson Memorial Library to faculty at Southwestern Assemblies of God University.
Use the button below to reserve a time to bring your class to the library for an information literacy teaching session. If you'd like a librarian to come to your classroom, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get scheduled.
At faculty request, the library can move regular library resources into the Course Reserves. Faculty may also place their personal copies of books onto Reserve for students enrolled in their courses. Reserve materials are located behind the circulation desk on the first floor of the library.
Articles and/or scans complying with Fair Use may also be placed on eReserve and will be available through the library catalog's Course Reserves section (resources will be arranged by professor's name and course code/name); users will need to login to the catalog to download eReserves. eReserves will only remain active during the semester for which they are requested; each semester, the library will verify which courses are being offered and remove eReserves for inactive courses.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
SAGU faculty may utilize Interlibrary Loan to obtain resources to which SAGU does not already have access (see Policies page for details). Use the button below to request an item.
The TexShare Card program allows users to borrow items from almost all Texas libraries free of charge (each library sets their own policy for how many items users may check out). Faculty interested in obtaining a TexShare card may visit a librarian in person, email email@example.com, or call 972.825.4766.
