Course Description

An overview study of the New Testament. Special emphasis is given to the content, genre, themes, and historical setting of each of the books of the New Testament, along with the intent and purpose of each writer. The study includes a unit dealing with the life of Christ, as well as how the New Testament was produced and handed down in their present form. Significant passages of Scripture relating to the role of the Holy Spirit within the church and each Christian are studied.
