OWL Purdue - Writing
These OWL resources will help you with the writing process: pre-writing (invention), developing research questions and outlines, composing thesis statements, and proofreading. While the writing process may be different for each person and for each particular assignment, the resources contained in this section follow the general work flow of pre-writing, organizing, and revising.
Purdue OWL Evaluating Sources Module
Evaluating sources of information is an important step in any research activity. This section provides information on evaluating bibliographic citations, aspects of evaluation, reading evaluation, print vs. Internet sources, and evaluating Internet sources.

Citation

Most databases (including SAGU Discovery) now have automatic citations available in any style you would like, including Turabian. When you find an article/eBook you would like to use, look around on the page for a citation link - you'll probably find one. Always make sure you verify the correctness of these citations - sometimes they are just a tad off. Having these citations to at least get you started is a great help though!
